In accordance with FDA and Texas state laws, we do not accept returns on tobacco products once they have been opened or used. This policy helps maintain product safety, freshness, and regulatory compliance.
✅ Eligible Return Items
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is unopened, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
You received the wrong item in your order.
All return requests must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or partially used tobacco products (including cigars, cigarettes, rolling tobacco, vape juices, or pods).
Products purchased on sale or marked as “final sale.”
E-liquids, vaporizers, or accessories that have been used.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or shipped in error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@smokesllc.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
💸 Refunds (if applicable)
If your return is approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
🚚 Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
